This video demonstrates the capabilities of a 3-axis glue dispensing machine equipped with both PLC and PC-based controllers. The PC receives G-Code data from any CAD software and precisely controls three closed-loop servo motors. Additionally, the PLC manages two glue servo valves, opening and closing them based on the required positions for accurate glue application.

Brush Making Machine Control System
PLC-based control system connected to two AC servo motors for precise control along two axes, and a VFD controller for regulating the stroke system. The system is operated via a 12-inch HMI for intuitive user interaction.
The machine automates the process of inserting brush plastic hair into a pre-made plastic base with small chambers. Here's how it works:
1- Positioning the Base: The holding clamp moves to specific X and Y coordinates based on a programmed database. Each chamber in the plastic base is aligned with the inserter hammer.
2- Insertion Process: The inserter hammer continuously operates, inserting the brush plastic hair into the aligned chambers.
3- Precision and Sensitivity: The movement of the base is highly sensitive and precise. The base must be perfectly positioned to ensure that the hair is correctly inserted into each chamber without interruption.
This system ensures efficient and accurate placement of brush plastic hair, enhancing productivity and quality in the manufacturing process.

The system features a compact PLC-based controller designed to manage a pneumatic guillotine cutter. The PLC is connected to a rotary encoder, which measures the length of the products with an accuracy of ±0.5 mm. Based on these measurements, the PLC sends precise cut commands to the cutter, ensuring accurate and consistent product lengths.

The central control system is designed to manage three primary plastic extruders along with a co-extruder and downstream line, including vacuum tanks, cooling tank, puller, winder, and cutter. The primary extruders supply melted plastic to a three-layer die, while the co-extruder provides melted plastic to create a precise indicator line on the outer surface of the pipe.
Key features of the PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) include:
Thermal Management: Controls 40 thermal zones with an accuracy of ±0.2°C, ensuring precise temperature regulation for optimal extrusion quality.
Speed Synchronization: Coordinates the speeds of the three main extruders, the co-extruder, the puller, the winder, and the cutter, maintaining seamless operation and consistent product quality.
This advanced control system ensures high precision, efficiency, and reliability in the plastic extrusion process.
